Ashley and Justin’s love story began back in high Ashley and Justin’s love story began back in high school, where they met performing in a musical and quickly became close friends....so close that Justin was even Ashley’s grad escort (white sequined princess dress and all… foreshadowing, perhaps!). After losing touch for a time, they reconnected years later through community theatre during a challenging season in both of their lives. Their friendship picked up right where it left off and eventually blossomed into something more. After plenty of “will they/won’t they,” they started dating in 2022.⁠ ⁠ After 18 years of friendship and a little over two years of dating, they booked their wedding before Justin officially proposed...making for a perfectly them kind of love story. A beautiful proposal followed at Quarry Lake, sealing what they already knew.
